1. Report Package
Report damage, loss, can be complained via https://tiki.id/en/beranda within 5 days from the POD or estimated arrival.
2. Complete the Form
The package sender/recipient who submits a claim must complete the terms & conditions of the claim submission document, no later than 1 day after the 1st process
Required documents:
- Photo of KTP (Sender or Recipient)
- Cover of the customer's bank account book (in the name of the KTP attached)
- Photo of invoice/price note for goods sent
- For damage claims, it is mandatory to attach documentation in the form of photos of physical damage to the shipment and photos of the shipment packing
3. Claim Process
The package sender/recipient who submits a claim can wait for the process of claim results with an estimated time of 3 working days from the time the document is received by the TIKI Claim Team
Note:
- Reimbursement of compensation costs for claims can be made if the shipment is sent using standard packing that applies at TIKI
- TIKI is not responsible for material losses caused by late shipments.
