SHIPMENT refers to any type of goods, packages, documents, or letters that are sent through TIKI.

SENDER is an individual or business entity/company whose identity is stated/written on the TIKI SHIPMENT RECEIPT and who sends the SHIPMENT through TIKI to the RECEIVER.

The RECEIVER is a person or organization whose name appears on the SHIPMENT RECEIPT as the intended recipient of the shipment.

SPECIAL ITEMS are a type of shipment that requires insurance coverage from an insurance company that partners with TIKI.

FORCE MAJEURE refers to events that are beyond TIKI's control and prevent it from fulfilling its delivery obligations. These events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters (such as floods, landslides, volcanic eruptions, cyclones, storms, and earthquakes), civil unrest (including rebellions and riots), wars or military actions, fires, embargoes, strikes, sabotage, power outages, disruptions in communication networks, and actions taken by authorities that hinder or delay the parties' obligations under the agreement.

The SENDER is not allowed to send any FORBIDDEN ITEMS that include the following:
- Dangerous goods that are easily explosive or flammable, items prohibited for shipment based on aviation regulations, prohibited drugs, and items prohibited for production and distribution by authorities.
- Valuable items and securities, including but not limited to jewelry, silverware, cash, ashes, cyanide, platinum, precious stones or metals, cash checks, promissory notes, money orders, traveler's checks, antiques, and antique paintings.
- Other items exceeding the declared value and/or other items determined at the discretion of TIKI.
- Prohibited items as per current laws and regulations.

In the event of detention, seizure, or destruction of SHIPMENTS by the authorities, including but not limited to Customs, Quarantine, Police, Public Prosecutor's Office, and other authorized agencies, resulting in damage, loss, or reduction of the SHIPMENTS, TIKI is not responsible, and TIKI cannot be held liable and is released from the responsibility of returning the SHIPMENTS and bearing the shipping costs, either partially or entirely.

If the SENDER sends FORBIDDEN ITEMS as stated in point 1 (one), then the SENDER is legally responsible for bearing all risks and other expenses incurred due to the violation.

The SENDER must provide complete and accurate information to TIKI about the contents of the SHIPMENT as declared at the time of shipment, and TIKI's personnel will fill in the details accordingly based on the SENDER's statement.

The SENDER guarantees that they are the legitimate owner and/or have the right to the SHIPMENT handed over to TIKI for delivery to the address specified by the SENDER.

TIKI has the right to inspect the correspondence between the contents of the SHIPMENT and the statement provided by the SENDER regarding the SHIPMENT's contents. TIKI has the right to refuse if any inconsistency is found between the statement of the SHIPMENT's contents and the actual physical contents of the SHIPMENT, or if the SHIPMENT is suspected to endanger public safety, resulting in legal consequences for TIKI.

The SENDER's statement is considered trustworthy by TIKI and binds the SENDER. If, on that day or later, a problem arises that causes damage to the SHIPMENT, and it turns out that the actual contents of the SHIPMENT do not match the SENDER's statement, then the SENDER is legally responsible for the damage to the SHIPMENT that does not match the SENDER's statement, and this does not diminish TIKI's right to take legal action against the false information provided by the SENDER.

TIKI has the right to refuse to transport SHIPMENTS if it is suspected that the SHIPMENT may endanger public safety, leading to legal consequences for TIKI.

In the event of issues arising later from the SENDER's false statement about the contents of the SHIPMENT, resulting in TIKI being found guilty by the court, the SENDER is legally responsible for bearing the court's verdict and the expenses incurred by TIKI.

TIKI has the right to impose Shipping Rates and other Additional Charges for the Shipment Services chosen by the SENDER.

Without prior notice and consent from the SENDER, TIKI has the right to use alternative transportation means for delivering the SHIPMENT, and the SENDER is bound by the rules and regulations that bind TIKI with the owners of the transportation.

The SENDER is legally responsible for the following conditions:
- Damages occurring due to the nature of the SHIPMENT or damages to fragile items caused by technical risks during transportation, resulting in the malfunction or alteration of the intended function of electronic items.
- Leakage of liquid goods and/or damages occurring due to the easy leakage nature of the goods, resulting from the SENDER's mistake or negligence.
- Detention, seizure, and/or destruction of the SHIPMENT by authorized officials due to the SENDER's mistake or negligence.
- Damages to the SHIPMENT occur due to improper packaging by the SENDER, not following the applicable safety standards.
- Damages, delays, or losses occur due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

TIKI is only responsible for compensation claims incurred by the SENDER due to damage, loss, or shortage of the SHIPMENT as long as the loss occurs while the SHIPMENT is still under TIKI's supervision, provided that the damage is solely caused by TIKI's staff negligence.

In the event that the RECEIVER does not accept the SHIPMENT according to the chosen shipment service by the SENDER, TIKI provides a 5 (five) working day window from the end of the estimated delivery time for the RECEIVER to file a compensation claim.

TIKI is not liable for consequential losses resulting from commercial, financial losses, or other indirect losses, including losses occurring during the shipment due to events beyond TIKI's control or losses due to force majeure.

TIKI is only liable for the SHIPMENT and SPECIAL ITEMS as long as the SENDER's statement at the time of signing the SHIPMENT RECEIPT matches the SHIPMENT's contents, subject to the following conditions:
- In the case of loss, damage, or shortage of an uninsured SHIPMENT, compensation will be provided at 10 (ten) times the shipping cost or up to Rp. 2,500,000 (two million five hundred thousand Indonesian rupiahs) for domestic shipments and a maximum of 100 USD for international shipments.
- For SPECIAL ITEMS and SHIPMENTS with a value exceeding 10 (ten) times the shipping cost, they must be insured with an Insurance Company cooperating with TIKI. The insurance premium, amounting to 0.20% (zero-point-two percent) of the actual value of the SHIPMENT, is borne by the SENDER. The insurance coverage will follow the terms and conditions of the Insurance Company cooperating with TIKI. If it is not insured, the risk that occurs becomes the responsibility of the SENDER.

SHIPMENTS that have been compensated by TIKI will become the property of TIKI.

The submission and settlement of compensation claims will be done by the SENDER in writing at the location where the SHIPMENT transaction is carried out, provided that the necessary documents are submitted, including:
- A valid copy of the SENDER's Identity.
- The SHIPMENT RECEIPT.
- If insured, the Insurance Coverage Letter for the SHIPMENT.
- Other supporting documents are required by TIKI.
- These documents will be cross-checked with the documents held by TIKI. In case of discrepancies, TIKI will decide based on its documents.

By handing over the SHIPMENT to TIKI, the SENDER is deemed to have read and agreed to the Guidelines and Terms of Shipment applicable at TIKI, without any coercion from any party, and releases TIKI from all claims and forms of compensation.
